FAQ

Are pieces one-offs?

Most finished pieces are one-offs — once one sells, that exact piece is gone. Where a design can be remade to order in the same finish, the listing will say so. Handmade finishing means slight variation between pieces.

How much do pieces cost?

Prices vary by size, finish and time involved. Where a price isn’t listed, it’s shown as “price on request” — just enquire and I’ll come back to you.

Do you ship, and where?

Yes. Shipping destinations, dispatch estimates and live charges depend on the final Shopify shipping configuration and are shown at checkout. The linked Shipping page will contain the confirmed policy once finalised.

Can I return a piece?

Ready-made catalogue pieces and genuinely bespoke or personalised commissions can have different cancellation rules. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods always remain. See the Returns & Refunds page for the final confirmed terms.

Can you make a custom / branded piece?

Yes — decorative and display commissions such as signage, clocks, desk and wall pieces or display props. A project may begin from an original brief, customer-owned material or a properly licensed model. Functional and safety-critical parts are not offered. Start on the Commissions page.

How should I look after a piece?

Standard pieces are intended for indoor decorative display. Keep them away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight, handle the finish gently and dust lightly. Outdoor requests are assessed separately and are not assumed to be weatherproof.

Do you sell the digital files?

No digital files are live yet. Selected models may be released later through the Model Library, with clear personal or commercial licences and practical print notes.

How often do new pieces appear?

When the work moves — this is a one-person bench, so there’s no fixed schedule. Following along on social or the feed is the best way to catch new drops.
