Finish
Every piece is finished by hand. Small variations in tone and surface are normal, not faults.
Shipping
Worldwide. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. Duties and taxes for international orders may be charged at checkout or on delivery.
Returns
Shop pieces (ready to ship and made to order)
Cancel within 14 days of delivery. Return within 14 days of cancelling.

Return postage is paid by the customer.
Items must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, otherwise a deduction applies.
Commissions
No returns. Every commission is approved by the customer before it ships.
Digital files
No returns or refunds. Corrupted files are replaced.
Damaged in transit
Email hello@vantage3dlab.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos. Keep the packaging.
